Ms. Sheetal Ahuja is an educationist, entrepreneur, author and lifelong learner with over two decades of experience in building institutions that combine academic excellence with character development, emotional well-being and global perspectives.

As the Founder and Director of Vision International School of Excellence (VISE), she has dedicated her career to creating learning environments that nurture curiosity, compassion, critical thinking and responsible leadership.

A Management Graduate from B.K. School of Business Management, Ahmedabad, with a formal qualification in Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), Ahmedabad, she began her professional journey as a full time lecturer with the South Gujarat University, before transitioning into educational leadership. Her academic interests have consistently centred around holistic education and human development, including advanced research in Integrated Life Skills.

She has presented research papers at the ICERI Conference, Spain, and participated in international academic conferences in Bangkok, engaging with educators, researchers and thought leaders from across the world. These experiences have strengthened her belief that while education must remain rooted in strong values, it should continuously evolve through innovation, research and meaningful global collaboration.

Passionate about empowering educators, she has conducted numerous teacher training programmes, educational workshops and professional development sessions, mentoring teachers and school leaders in progressive teaching methodologies, classroom effectiveness, life skills, mental wellness and holistic education.

Ms. Ahuja is also the author of educational textbooks and academic learning resources, reflecting her commitment to creating meaningful, learner-centred educational content.

Under her leadership, Vision International School of Excellence has emerged as a pioneer in promoting compassionate and sustainable living. The school introduced a 100% plant-based canteen, encouraging students to make informed choices that support personal health, environmental sustainability and kindness towards all living beings. This initiative reflects her belief that education should inspire responsible choices that positively impact both society and the planet.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning, Ms. Ahuja actively collaborates with educators, researchers and international institutions to bring global best practices into Indian education.
